Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nIdentify residents correctly per procedure outlined in MediaLab “153105.635 Proper Patient or Resident Identification”\nCollect all samples, including blood and swabs (on occasion), with accuracy and efficiency per facility needs.\nMake sure all samples are labeled correctly and reflect what is on the requisition to include all pick-up samples.\nAdhere to all Safety and Health standards while you are working in the facility and or traveling; To include all residents and facilities (PHI and PPE requirements).\nComplete all required documentation within your workday, to include Carevolve orders and accompanying forms as instructed by billing department.\nCheck all facility accordions for any add on orders; confirm with nurse and fax to dispatch, if needed.\nPrepare all samples correctly for transport and deliver to laboratory or courier.\nMaintain all communication as directed.\nMaintain a professional persona and dress as set forth by the standards of the company.\nCollaborate with other internal departments as needed.\nFollow instructions and/or other duties as directed by your supervisor.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience accessioning specimens, required.\nAssociate degree (A.
