scalable, high-performance code across the full stack (frontend and backend), maintaining end-to-end ownership over features, microservices, and databases.\nDesign & Architecture: Actively participate in architectural decisions, schema design, and technical solutioning for complex product requirements.\n Engineering Excellence: Drive high code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, engineering post-mortems (lessons learned), and active knowledge sharing.\nAI Integration: Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows in your daily engineering tasks to streamline development Looking For\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record as a Senior Full-Stack Developer.\nDatabase Expertise: Deep understanding of database design, schema optimization, and complex querying in both SQL and NoSQL environments.\nHigh Engineering Standards: Proven experience with clean code practices, test automation, and distributed systems / microservices architecture.\nAutonomy & Ownership: Ability to take complex product requirements, break them down technically, and drive them to production independently.\nStrong Advantages\n AI Experience: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, MCP).\nDevOps & Cloud: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP
