As a key member of our culinary team, they prepare fresh, flavorful dishes that bring people together. They will be an avid MadTree ambassador who lives the behaviors Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.\nLOCATION: Blue Ash, OH\nSTATUS: Part Time\nREPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager\nSHIFTS: Must have availability matching status type (part-time). Availability can include a mix of weekday, weekends, days, and nights.\nCOMPENSATION RANGE: $16 - $20\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads.\nOperate and maintain key equipment including pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors.\nHandle specialized tools including pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales.\nMaintain consistent quality standards in presentation and taste.\nFollow recipes and portion controls accurately.\nOperate in multiple kitchen stations including prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo.\nPractice proper food handling and storage procedures.\nEnsure proper cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.\nMaintain clean and organized work stations.\nSupport prep tasks and kitchen projects as needed.\nCommunicate effectively with kitchen and service team members.\nMonitor food quality and freshness.\nExecute opening and closing duties as assigned.\nMaintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions.\nAssist with the preparation, cooking, and plating of food, according to recipes and specifications for Private Events of up to 300 people.\nPractice proper safety and sanitation procedures.\nParticipate in training and knowledge development programs.\nBe ready and willing to help with other kitchen duties as needed.\nSpend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement, encouraging your teammates to do the same.\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities satisfactorily.
