We are hiring a Brand Designer to support our marketing efforts across digital campaigns, marketing emails, print materials, and PR events, as well as website and product design projects. You will have the opportunity to channel your creativity by creating engaging designs for our digital content. Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

• Develop and execute designs based on creative briefs, from initial exploration to final delivery.
• Create marketing materials across channels, including digital campaigns, social content, and product launches.
• Design engaging marketing emails that balance brand expression, clear messaging, and conversion goals.
• Develop print materials and branded assets for PR events and other brand activations.
• Contribute to website and product design tasks, including landing pages, product pages, and UX/UI updates.
• Use AI tools regularly to generate and refine images, explore creative directions, and make design processes more efficient.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and maintaining a consistent brand experience.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

• 2-4 years of experience as a Brand, Marketing, or Graphic Designer, preferably at an eCommerce or consumer brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and polished execution across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of AI tools for image generation and improving design workflows is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color, and composition.
• An understanding of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to eCommerce experiences.
• Familiarity with print production and preparing files for print.
• Ability to work within creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
