Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.\nWorking Capital team is responsible for the management of the 2 components of working capital i.e. current account receivables and current account payable to ensure the most financially efficient operation of the company and maintain sufficient cashflow to meet short - term operating costs and short - term debt obligations.\nCollection and Payable activities are to be monitored and controlled for ensuring the compliance and in line with MAERSK processes, policies, strategies, methodologies and work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure business continuity as well as collection/ payable performance management to be in line with agreed KPI’s of DSO and DPO and deal with collection/ payable complexities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive a portfolio of cash/credit customers in Accounts Receivable in ensuring the timeliness of payment to comply with agreed credit terms and policy adherence\n\nTargets to minimize gaps between DSO & BPDSO, and deliver on Collection KPIs\n\nWork Cross functionally to drive the collection, resolve the issue proactively, deliver value service to our customers and support to drive business growth from Finance perspective\n\nResponsible to drive Customer outcomes through positive customer experience in finance-related processes and finance-related projects\n\nDrive and support the related functions for ensuring the accuracy of revenue and cost recognition in financial book\n\nAssist the External & Internal Audit process\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.\n\nExcellent understanding of corporate finance and business\n\nNative in Thais language, Excellent in English skills (Listening / Speaking / Writing)\n\nAn analytical skill that’s able to link/ relate to and analyze information\n\nSuperior Stakeholder Management and Communication skills\n\nFamiliar with MS Office and SAP\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
