Air Freight Operations Associate
We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Operations Agent to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in air freight operations and experience managing the complete handling of both import and export shipments. Experience with pricing is considered a strong advantage.
Profile
Experience in the air freight industry.
Strong knowledge of import and export processes.
Experience with pricing is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
A proactive, accurate and customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and proactively contributes to improving processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operational and administrative handling of import and export shipments.
Liaise with customers, airlines, agents and suppliers.
Prepare and verify all required transport and customs documentation.
Monitor shipments and proactively communicate any delays or operational issues.
Support pricing activities and prepare quotations when required.
Contribute to delivering an efficient, reliable and high-quality service to our customers.
