The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with proven experience in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, analysis, and warehouse inventory management processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse operations.\nPossess excellent working knowledge of SAP and strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nPlan, execute, and monitor all inventory activities, including:Inventory Planning\nCycle Count Management\nWall-to-Wall (WTW) Inventory Audits\nEmpty Bin Audits\nInventory Reconciliation\n\nConduct FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-moving) Analysis and provide recommendations for inventory optimization.\nPerform inventory consolidation and reconciliation activities to ensure system and physical stock accuracy.\nAnalyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nPrepare and present inventory reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to management.\nCoordinate with operations, warehouse, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth inventory processes.\nEnsure adherence to SOPs, audit requirements, and inventory control standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.\nExcellent knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience with WMS.\nStrong expertise in inventory planning, cycle counts, WTW audits, and empty bin audits.\nExperience in FSN analysis, inventory consolidation, and reconciliation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.\nGood communication and team management skills.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.\nExperience in warehouse, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations will be an added advantage.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
