A strong supplier network in packaging and consumables is highly preferred.\nProven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.\nStrong cost awareness and analytical capability, with hands-on experience in cost breakdown, benchmarking, cost optimization, and savings initiatives.\nAbility to analyze market, supplier, and pricing data and translate insights into actionable sourcing recommendations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\nAgile, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.\nGood understanding of the 3PL industry, operational models, and business requirements, with the ability to translate operational needs into effective procurement solutions.\nCandidate Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience, preferably within the 3PL, logistics, FMCG, packaging, or related industries.\nDemonstrated experience in sourcing indirect materials and consumables, with strong knowledge of end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes.\nStrong knowledge and practical experience in packaging materials; experience in cartons, plastic packaging, pallets, labels, tapes, protective packaging, or other warehouse consumables is preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is preferred.\nStrong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
