You will work closely with different teams to identify operational issues, coordinate solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Ocean, logistics, customer experience or operations who wants to develop broader knowledge of Ocean network execution, operational control and continuous improvement in an international environment.\nMain responsibilities\nOcean Control & Network Execution\nMonitor day-to-day Ocean execution across the CSE area and support stable operational performance.\nFollow vessel rotations, schedule changes, blank sailings, rollovers, capacity constraints and network disruptions.\nIdentify potential operational impacts of network changes and support timely communication to relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate with local, regional and global teams to support effective execution.\nEscalate operational issues when required and follow up on agreed actions.\nCargo Readiness & Ocean Deadlines\nMonitor cargo readiness, including cut-offs, documentation readiness, VGM and gate-in compliance.\nSupport adherence to Ocean processes, deadlines and standard operating procedures.\nIdentify recurring issues related to missed deadlines, cargo rollovers and other execution challenges.\nWork with Operations, Customer Experience and OPEX teams to help identify root causes and preventive actions.\nOcean Process Excellence & Governance\nSupport the consistent application of Ocean processes across the CSE area.\nFollow established control mechanisms, processes and escalation paths.\nContribute to maintaining accurate operational follow-up and reporting.\nSupport compliance with Ocean governance and operational standards.\nContribute to standardization and continuous improvement activities using TMW (The Maersk Way) principles.\nContinuous Improvement & Performance\nContribute to continuous improvement activities across Ocean control, cargo readiness, claims and longstanding processes.\nUse operational data and trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.\nSupport root cause analysis and the definition of corrective actions.\nHelp track improvement initiatives and their results.\nContribute to the development and sharing of standard work and best practices across the area.\nCustomer Experience & Risk Management\nConsider customer impact when monitoring and resolving operational issues.\nSupport timely and transparent communication related to Ocean execution and operational disruptions.\nUse customer feedback, complaints and operational insights to identify areas for improvement.\nHighlight potential operational or financial risks and support appropriate escalation.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with colleagues across Ocean, Customer Experience, Network Operations, Terminals, OPEX, Finance and other relevant functions.\nProvide clear, fact-based updates on operational topics, risks and improvement actions.\nParticipate in operational reviews, control calls and continuous improvement discussions.\nBuild effective working relationships across countries and functions within the CSE area.\nWhat we are looking for\nPrevious experience in Ocean operations, logistics, customer experience, transport operations or a similar operational environment.\nUnderstanding of Ocean processes and operational execution is an advantage.\nInterest in developing knowledge of vessel schedules, cargo readiness, operational deadlines and network execution.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with operational data and identify trends or recurring issues.\nStructured and organized approach with good attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nCollaborative mindset and willingness to work across different teams, functions and countries.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.\nInterest in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.\nGood command of English.\nApplications will be reviewed continuously, so do not wait with your application!\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
