and functions.\n\nAct as a coordination point between customers moving into our cold storage and our internal departments.\n\nContribute directly to our high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.\n\nFurther develop your career within one of the growth segments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Customer Experience Consultant, you will take ownership of a portfolio of Reefer customers and ensure the smooth execution of their supply chains.\nYou will:\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, trusted relationships.\n\nUnderstand customer business needs and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve service delivery.\n\nManage the end-to-end shipment life cycle across multiple transport modes and logistics products.\n\nProactively monitor shipments and service performance, ensuring agreed service levels are met.\n\nTake ownership of customer issues and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder management.\n\nCollaborate closely with commercial, operations, logistics, and global service teams.\n\nProvide visibility on service risks, trends, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.\n\nSupport customers in adopting digital solutions and self-service capabilities.\n\nDrive customer experience and process improvement initiatives.\n\nShare knowledge, best practices, and customer insights within the wider team.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe are seeking an internal Maersk colleague who combines customer focus with strong operational and stakeholder management skills.\nYou:\nHave experience in a customer-facing role within Maersk, preferably within Customer Experience, SCM, Logistics, or Supply Chain.\n\nPossess a strong understanding of shipping and logistics processes.\n\nDemonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.\n\nAre proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership for perishable cargo.\n\nBuild relationships easily and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.\n\nCan manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on customer
