Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we value the unique strengths each person contributes.\nExposure to complex, end-to-end customer implementations with regional and global impact\n\nOpportunities to work cross-functionally across operations, IT, product, commercial, and customer service teams\n\nA professional environment that supports continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and capability development\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead customer implementations of medium to high complexity, ensuring a smooth transition from commercial award to stable operations\n\nOwn and drive the end-to-end implementation project plan across functions and geographies, including operations, IT, HR, and finance\n\nEstablish project milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no-go stage gates, providing clear visibility to internal and external stakeholders\n\nProactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues from award through hypercare, escalating where required to protect delivery and profitability\n\nAct as the central point of coordination for customers during onboarding, ensuring scope adherence and alignment with the solution sold\n\nPartner with operational teams to ensure readiness, including SOPs/IOPs, staffing, training, IT/EDI integration, KPI reporting, and service quality\n\nContribute to commercial opportunities by supporting solution design and presenting the implementation approach during pre-sale and sales engagements\n\nCapture lessons learned and share best practices to continuously improve implementation methodologies and execution standards\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement - someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day\n\nProven experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations, including project management in a multi-stakeholder environment\n\nStrong understanding of international supply chain operations, including ocean, air, and origin services such as trucking, customs, and milestone visibility\n\nDemonstrated ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders at both operational and senior levels\n\nSolid project management capability, supported by certification (PMP, ACP-PMI, or equivalent) or equivalent education and experience\n\nHigh proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a structured and detail-oriented working style\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage timelines and complexity under pressure\n\nStarting Salary: $87,100 - $110,000 USD*\nBenefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.\nNotice to applicants applying to positions in the United States: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S .\n*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
