This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about customer relationship management sales support and training coordination in a dynamic client-focused environment.\nLearning Opportunities include Exposure to customer success strategies and tools Hands-on experience with Sales tools and booking systems Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management and in general development of communication and organizational skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions ensuring alignment with client expectations.\n\nCustomer Engagement: Help respond to client inquiries and follow up on feedback to ensure satisfaction.\n\nSales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team including preparing materials and updating client records.\n\nCRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems and booking platforms.\n\nInternal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales operations and training delivery to support smooth service execution.\n\nMarket Research: Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and gathering insights on client needs.\n\nMeeting Participation: Join internal and client meetings to observe and contribute to discussions on customer success strategies.\n\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for a person with a Bachelor/Masters Degree or similar. You may be newly educated but determination on sales enablement and customer retention should be in your confidence your key strength. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:\nRecent graduates or currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nDetail-oriented with good organizational abilities\n\nEager to learn and contribute in a team environment\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and we embrace different styles of thinking.
