Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.\nResponsibilities:\n- Prepare and review customs documentation for imports.\n- Process CAD entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and Canada Customs regulations.\n- Correct Canada Customs rejected entries.\n- Liaise with importer and CBSA to arrange and facilitate required documentation during customs examinations.\n- Complete and close files in a timely and accurate manner, in line with company and customs policies.\nRequirements:\n- Support the team by taking on additional duties as required.\n- 3-5 years+ experience in Customs Brokerage\n- Must have valid and current CCS\n- Understands and can utilize the Customs tariff\n- Experience with Cargowise (CW1) preferred but not mandatory\n- Must know the basics of EXCEL, Word, Powerpoint, etc.\n- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.\n- Multitasking and organizational skills\n- Team player and works well on their own\n- Hybrid work model. 2 days in office, 3 days at home\nCompany Benefits:\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401k + Company Match\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)\nAnd more!\nPay Range: $50,000-$55,000 CAD\n*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
