Wherever your ambitions lie, Maersk can help you get there.\nWe invest in our people through innovative learning and development programs, competitive benefits, and a culture that celebrates collaboration, performance, and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.\nCoordinate with various stakeholders involved in shipment handling.\nOrchestrate the overall flow of end-to-end shipments.\nDeliver added value to customers by leveraging strong business knowledge and process understanding.\n Resolve queries from shippers, customers, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\nMaintain a customer-centric approach, proactively preventing errors and minimizing their recurrence.\nPrepare and submit documentation accurately and on time while keeping stakeholders informed of shipment status.\nSupport customer retention and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.\nMaintain proactive communication, including regular participation in customer conference calls to ensure seamless operations.\nPartner with KCMs and Commercial teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships.\nComply with customer-specific SOPs and monitor relevant KPIs.\nWe Are Looking For\nA couple years of experience in logistics, supply chain, project logistics or related fields.\nFluency in both Spanish and English.\nExcellent communication skills and confidence when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nA passion for customer service excellence and customer centricity.\nResults-oriented mindset.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.\nA team-player attitude with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.\nGood understanding of operational processes.\nAbility to drive issues to resolution with a strong sense of urgency and persistence.\nPositive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.\nReady to Join Us?\nWe look forward to receiving your application and learning more about you!\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
