This role partners closely with operations leadership to identify trends, develop reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced distribution environment.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to business leaders and develop scalable reporting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.\nMonitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance\nPartner with operations managers to support labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.\nConduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements.\nTranslate complex datasets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management.\nValidate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.\nAutomate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement.\nPresent findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.\nExperience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\nCompany Benefits:\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401k + Company Match\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)\nAnd more!\nPay Range:\n$75,000 - $85,000*\n*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
