Invoicing:\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipment details and rates are available for timely invoice issuance.\nIssue invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.\nProactively follow up on outstanding matters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.\n2. Carrier Payments\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are created accurately and on time, enabling timely payment to carriers.\nSupport payment performance targets and maintain positive relationships with carriers.\n3. Compliance & Coordination\nEnsure all activities are conducted in compliance with IOPs, SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and exceptions.\nOther Responsibilities\nHandle daily operational issues and ad-hoc requests, escalating when necessary.\nSupport customers and stakeholders by providing solutions and resolving process exceptions.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.\nPerform other duties assigned by the team leader or manager.\nQualifications\nUndergraduate student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.\nPrevious internship experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Finance Operations is an advantage.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nDetail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\nFast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to improve.\nGood teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.\nPassion for process-driven work and customer service excellence.\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
