You will get to focus on creating valuable relations with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized and well rewarded.\nYou will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, go all the way for our customers, society and for each other.\nWorking location: Sóng Thần 2, Dĩ An, no shuttle bus service (location pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/iMPebeR1Sd1sfuyY8)\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage matters relating to health, safety and environment\n\nMonitor and assist managers to implement controls derived from Risk Assessments.\n\nProject manage the implementation and verification of requirements according to S&R Business case requirements\n\nHave a working knowledge of current WHS, Environmental and industry related legislation and advise of changes to legislation and ensure compliance in all areas\n\nImplement Global S&R Framework along with Area requirements into your operation with the support of operations management.\n\nAudit relevant policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance across all sites\n\nMonitor processes to ensure compliance and early escalation of non-conformances\n\nCoordination of internal and external auditing activities\n\nEffective investigation of Corrective Action requests (CAR’s)\n\nWork collaboratively with all levels of management to develop and improve safety culture\n\nDevelop, maintain accurate and efficient records for reporting\n\nConduct incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.\n\nConduct security risk assessments, identifying any corrective or preventative measures needed; reporting and follow up to ensure compliance\n\nVerify site continuous to meet the Maersk security requirements\n\nUpdate Human Risks and Fatal 5\n\nEnsure corrective actions are closed out in an appropriate timeframe\n\nCommunicate any site security needs or concerns with management.\n\nCRITICAL COMPETENCIES\nAt least 05 years' professional working experience in HSSE, with at least 02 - 03 years' direct experience in 3PL companies / Warehouse HSSE\n\nLogistics background is a must.\n\nLanguage proficiency: Fluent English level, Native Vietnamese level\n\nKnowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 39001\n\nHaving sound knowledge of Security Standards (C-TPAT & TAPA) with understanding of Security Risk Assessments\n\nExperience in conducting both internal and external audits\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication and excellent attention to detail\n\nWork autonomously under pressure in fast paced environment\n\nUnderstand the legislation and regulations for compliance within the particular industry\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
