Key Responsibilities

Quality Management Support

• Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Support document control activities, including updating, filing, and archiving quality records.
• Assist in monitoring CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) follow-up activities.
• Track quality action items and ensure timely closure.

Audit & Compliance

• Support preparation for internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Assist in gathering evidence and documentation required for audits.
• Maintain audit records and compliance documentation.
• Support implementation of ISO 9001 and BRCGS requirements.

Data & Reporting

• Compile quality performance data and KPI reports.
• Assist in trend analysis of quality incidents, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for management reviews.

Risk Management

• Assist in conducting risk assessments and maintaining risk registers.
• Support monitoring of compliance gaps and corrective action implementation.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
• Support root cause analysis and process improvement activities.
• Assist in developing process documentation and work instructions.

Customer Compliance Support

• Support customer-specific compliance requirements and documentation.
• Follow up on compliance-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.
