You’ll play an important role in supporting the accuracy and control of inventory across the warehouse, maintaining accurate records and working closely with operational teams to ensure stock information is correct and up to date.\nThis role would suit someone with previous inventory administration or stock control experience within a warehouse or logistics environment who is confident working with data, systems and multiple operational priorities.\nWhat We Offer\nYou’ll join an international and diverse business where you can take ownership of your role while continuing to develop your knowledge and experience.\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering for our customers, with access to career development opportunities and competitive benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs an Inventory Administrator, you will:\nSupport the day-to-day administration and control of inventory across the warehouse.\nMaintain accurate inventory and stock records within warehouse systems.\nInvestigate and help resolve stock discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.\nSupport stock checks and inventory-related activities.\nEnsure inventory transactions and adjustments are recorded accurately and efficiently.\nVerify inbound and outbound documentation and ensure information is accurately captured.\nMonitor and track incoming stock and containers.\nWork closely with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Yard Operations to resolve inventory queries.\nComplete accurate data entry and maintain inventory reports and documentation.\nUse Excel and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support inventory control and reporting.\nWe’re looking for someone who has:\nPrevious inventory administration, inventory control or stock control experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.\nExperience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar inventory system.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with confidence handling and maintaining inventory data.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nGood organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy operational environment.\nThe confidence to investigate discrepancies and work with colleagues to resolve inventory issues.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different operational teams.\nA proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.\nReady to Apply?\nIf you have experience in inventory administration or stock control and enjoy working in a busy warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
