We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong ownership, operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and customer focus. Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, ocean freight, or LCL operations is preferred.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational execution of LCL shipments in Indonesia. Coordinate shipment activities with customers, CFS/warehouse operations, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination, documentation, milestone updates, and shipment visibility. Communicate shipment status and operational updates to customers and stakeholders. Support billing readiness and ensure shipment files are completed accurately. Handle shipment exceptions, operational issues, and service recovery activities. Deliver reliable shipment execution and a strong customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
