Ensure document quality and timeliness.\nFollow IOP/SOP in document handling process.\nEnsure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery\nCoordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.\nManage exceptions in daily operation.\nOther Responsibilities:\nSupport customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.\nInitiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.\nOther relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders. \nCritical Competencies\nAt least 01 - 03 years’ professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.\nUnderstanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.\nLanguage proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.\nDetails orientation\nData Savvy\nLogical thinking\nProcess & System Knowledge\nStress Management\nInfluent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...), Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
