The ideal candidate will lead the LCL Operations and Customer Service teams, ensuring seamless execution of export and import processes while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.\nLead the Operations and Customer Service teams supporting LCL export and import shipments across Phillippines.\nManage the end-to-end LCL shipment process, including booking, planning, execution, and post-shipment activities.\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for LCL operations.\nServe as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.\nEnsure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for process optimisation and improved operational efficiency.\nEnsure clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.\nWe’re looking for\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a global logistics organisation, including 1-3 years in a people leadership role.\nStrong operational expertise in LCL, with hands-on experience across ocean freight, trucking, and customs processes.\nProven people management and stakeholder management capabilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExperience with CargoWise is an advantage.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.\nProficient in spoken and written English.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
