Export Documentation Handling\nCollect, follow readiness, and validate shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).\n\nEnsure document packages comply with IOP and SOP requirements, while maintaining defined KPIs.\n\nCoordinate with vendors, internal teams, customers, and destination offices to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.\n\nProactively follow up, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all activities required for documentation and cargo release are completed on time.\n\n2. Import Documentation Handling\nReceive and verify all import-related documents in accordance with customs and regulatory requirements.\n\nCoordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery.\n\nAddress documentation discrepancies promptly to prevent delays.\n\nMaintain accurate shipment status updates in the system.\n\nFOR CARRIER DOCUMENTATION EXPERT:\n1.CarrierDocument Handling\nOwn all solution Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.\n\nCarrier Bill of Lading validation:\n\nFollow-up Shipping Instruction Carrier/NVOCC/FWD, collect, follow readiness, and validate shipping documents - Carrier Bill of Lading with FCR/HBL and Systemdocument.\n\nCo-ordinate with Customer Service andSystemteamfor FCR/HBL issuance timelyand accuratelycomparing with Carrier Bill of Lading\n\nEnsure Carrier Bill of Lading validationcomplyingwith IOP and SOP requirements, while maintaining defined KPIs.\n\nPromptly address required documents revision to avoid disruptions in the documentation workflow and delays in cargo receipt at the destination\n\nCoordinate with internal teams(origins and destinations) and external teams (vendors, carriers,Custormers)to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.\n\nAdhere toStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andInternal Operating Procedures (IOPs) per client basis during daily task management or coordinate with related team for process verification and IOPs updated.\n\nCarry out all activities in a manner which will contribute to the achievements of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n\nProactively follow up, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all activities required for documentation and cargo release are completed on time.\n\nStakeholders’performance management (Carriers, FWD, NVOCC,internal parties) to ensure data quality and customer satisfaction; as well as cost control efficiency.\n\nExhibit flexibility regarding work schedules and assignments.Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nQualification/s:\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.\n\nMinimum 6monthsinternship experience in Logistics and Shipping industryor experience in export-import documents (fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered).\n\nDetail oriented,hardworking andhave high commitment to the job.\n\nGood command of English (both written and spoken).\n\nLanguage (Thai, Khmer,Burmese,..) is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.\n\nInfluent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)\n\nPassion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.\n\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.\n\nProactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.\n\nAble to coordinate with team in works and engagement events.\n\nPower BI, automation application understanding is a plus.\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
