Reporting into the Area CX Excellence organization, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions to assess learning needs, create training plans, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience working within a learning, training, coaching, or development environment.\nProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).\nAt least 2 years relevant experience working within a training environment & proven instructional experience in a group business setting.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs.\nStrong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.\nExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.\nAbility to analyze business needs and translate them into practical learning solutions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience utilizing AI-enabled learning tools or generative AI solutions is considered an advantage.\nExposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries is preferred but not required.\nRole Details\nLocation: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (On-site)\nJob Type: Full-time\nWork Authorization: Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Canada.
