Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and carrying out repairs. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment availability and operational safety.\nCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance of logistics equipment (conveyors, sorters, automated systems, forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.).\nDiagnose electrical, mechanical, or automated breakdowns quickly and restore equipment to service as soon as possible.\nPerform adjustments and checks to ensure the proper functioning of sorting or handling lines.\nRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.\nRecord interventions in the CMMS and contribute to the analysis of recurring faults.\nCarry out all maintenance activities in accordance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies\nWork closely with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and external service providers.\nSupport audits, technical inspections, and regulatory assessments.\nReport recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions.\nCommunicate clearly regarding equipment status, risks, and required actions\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electricity, and automation.\nFamiliarity with automated logistics systems (a plus).\nAbility to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.\nProficiency with diagnostic tools and CMMS.\nAbility to work in dynamic and shifting environment\nAbility to work under pressure and as part of a team\nFluency in German and English\nStrong analytical and technical problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong safety mindset\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nProfile\n Education: Professional High School Diploma (Bac Pro MEI) or 2-year technical degree (BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, MAI, etc.).\nExperience: 1-3 years minimum in a logistics or automated industrial environment.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
