We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.\nGain exposure to large-scale logistics transformation and technology deployment projects.\nDevelop expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and customer onboarding processes.\nBe part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning and process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support customer onboarding, implementation, and transition activities for Contract Logistics operations.\nConfigure, test, and deploy Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions aligned with customer requirements.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to design, document, and validate operational and system processes.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and go-live support for new customer implementations.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues while ensuring operational continuity.\nSupport systems integration activities and work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.\nExperience supporting logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation operations in a technology-enabled environment.\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or similar enterprise applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
