The role requires self-management, adaptability, goal orientation, and strong analytical abilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess and validate customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.\nGenerate and send invoices to customers and ensure accuracy.\nApply customer payments to the appropriate invoices and accounts.\nReconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.\nPerform accounts reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.\nConduct accounts reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.\nPrepare and present month-end report.\nMaintain detailed records of customer transactions and communications.\nSupport the resolution of issues related to orders, payments, and credit.\n Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of the end-to-end O2C (Order-to-Cash) process.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nAbility to work effectively in a team and independently manage tasks.\nGood communication skills and a willingness to learn.\nDemonstrated adaptability and focus on achieving objectives.\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, IFS, etc.)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and recommend solutions.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\nDetail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
