Work closely with warehouse staff and provide direction for pulling returns from warehouse locations.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nCoordinate and process all return shipments daily\nReview and work daily return report and POD on dock report\nOrganize return area as such that every shipment can be identified\nPrioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity\nCoordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations\nLiaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels\nHelp with customer service issues as they arise\nOther duties as requested\nSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:\nDetail Oriented\n Excel and computer skills\nExcellent computer and communication skills\nAble to multitask in a high-paced environment\nStrong verbal and technical written communication\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nAble to type 35+ wpm minimum\nComfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance\nExcellent time management\nAbility to work under pressure\nTechnology Adaptability\nInterpersonal Skills\nFriendly and approachable personality\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse preferred.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThis is a clerical administrative position in a professional office setting.
