If you're interested in this position and want to build a career with us, we invite you to join our team!\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage day-to-day warehouse operations for a 3PL customer account, ensuring performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.\nLead and develop Supervisors and operational teams, maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor and ensuring effective execution of daily plans.\nMonitor operational KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve customer and business targets.\nManage inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity, labor allocation, and capacity planning according to daily operational requirements and volume fluctuations.\nPartner closely with the customer to understand operational priorities, manage expectations, and ensure timely resolution of service issues and operational exceptions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, process efficiency, and cost optimization.\nSupport workforce planning and ensure resources are effectively allocated according to volumes, capacity, and operational priorities.\nTranslate performance data and customer requirements into clear operational actions and improvement plans.\nSupport the effective management of a large-scale and complex warehouse operation, ensuring consistency and operational discipline across processes and teams.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3+ years of experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.\nProven experience managing large-scale and complex warehouse operations, ideally within facilities of significant size and high operational volume.\nHands-on experience managing customer accounts within apparel, fashion, or footwear environments.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, productivity, workforce planning, and capacity management.\nExperience leading Supervisors and large frontline operational teams in fast-paced warehouse environments.\nStrong customer management skills, with experience interacting directly with 3PL customers and managing operational KPIs and SLAs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn operational data into actions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbility to balance day-to-day operational execution with a strategic and continuous improvement mindset.\nIntermediate to advanced English.\nWe're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who understands the reality and complexity of running a large-scale 3PL warehouse operation, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
