We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage outbound operations within our contract logistics setup, ensuring seamless service delivery to our B2B customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nOutbound OperationsSupervise order fulfillment including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch\nEnsure OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery performance for customer orders\nValidate shipping documentation and compliance with client requirements.\nCoordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch planning\nEnsure optimal utilization of vehicles and adherence to dispatch schedules\n\nInventory & SystemsMaintain high inventory accuracy using WMS.\nConduct cycle counts and support periodic stock audits\nAnalyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions\n\nTeam LeadershipLead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and operators\nDrive performance through daily huddles and KPI tracking\nEnsure manpower planning and shift management\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and customer queries\nEnsure service delivery as per SLAs agreed with B2B clients\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (transport, planning, CX)\n\nSafety & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with Maersk safety standards and global best practices\nDrive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects\nPromote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence\n\nKey Requirements\nGraduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred)\n3+ years of experience in warehouse/contract logistics operations\nHands-on experience in B2B outbound warehouse operations (inbound exposure is an added advantage)\nFamiliarity with WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred)\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nWillingness to work in shifts in a fast-paced environment\nAdded advantage if he works in Apparel industry.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
