This will give you a unique opportunity to interact with colleagues, across the globe and from all business areas within the Maersk group, all while having a continuous focus on your professional and personal development too.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe purpose of the role is to support the regional payroll organization, working with a matrixed group of stakeholders and vendors to ensure great employee experience and regulatory compliance from a payroll delivery perspective. Key responsibilities:\nManage pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, off-cycle payroll processes\n\nExtract the T&A data and provide the same to payroll provider\n\nValidate payroll results & provide approvals for final pay credits based on control reports\n\nAnnual payroll reconciliation and new Payroll Year preparation\n\nEnsure timely Social Insurance Tax Payment and Reporting\n\nManage advance payments\n\nAdjust basic time configuration of systems after initial implementation, as approved/required\n\nTrack vendor deliverables on payroll SLAs vide defined payroll metrics\n\nBe risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the payroll delivery process\n\nSupport the Payroll team lead in providing necessary data and clarifications to questions raised by audit - internal and external\n\nManage the timely submission of RICC controls\n\nParticipate in Time and Attendance initiatives including system upgrades, communication of changes to People Partners, testing and documenting all changes for historical and record retention policies, project support as needed\n\nInterfaces with People Partner to support employee/ manager queries\n\nIdentify improvement opportunities in regional processes and raises them to global process managers\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou are data, systems and process savvy in the Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance domain and are excited about putting your deep expertise at work in the transition into new technology and processes at Maersk.\nYou want to propel your career further by gaining unique project experience in an international environment and would like to play a key role in building the future payroll delivery landscape and solutions.\nAs we progress with the transformation you are comfortable with your role changing shape and scope.
