As an HR Advisor on the Frontline People Team, you will support our warehouse in Philippsburg and play a crucial role in our success: ensuring that employees receive fast and professional support for their HR-related matters so they can focus fully on their work.\nWhether it’s a simple question or a more complex issue, you will be a trusted point of contact and help ensure that every interaction with HR is a positive experience.\nWe are looking for an HR Advisor to join our on-site team in Philippsburg and provide professional support to our warehouse team.\nYour Responsibilities\nAs an HR Advisor, you will handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring they receive an excellent HR experience. Specifically, you will:\nTake ownership of inquiries regarding HR policies and processes by understanding needs, evaluating options, developing solutions, and collaborating with HR colleagues when necessary.\n\nWork closely with warehouse managers, particularly on absence management and disciplinary matters.\n\nSupport managers in developing and implementing an employee engagement plan for the site.\n\nActively use Workday (our HR system) and maintain case trackers, ensuring timely follow-up.\n\nAssist with questions related to benefits, policies, and processes, including research, problem-solving, and coordination with the HR team.\n\nTrain and guide employees and managers on HR systems and the HR service model.\n\nSupport the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, internal transfers, offboarding, and more.\n\nImplement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all employees receive important site and company information (e.g., through notice boards, digital screens, and shift briefings).\n\nEnsure accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date maintenance of HR-related documentation, including personnel files, HR policies, compliance records, compensation, and benefits documentation.\n\nWhat You Bring\nYou are passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience.
