Taking care of their issues, whether big or small, and making sure they get a great employee experience in every interaction with HR.\nThe People Advisory team for UK and Ireland is looking for a People Advisor to join our great team in Dublin, Ireland. This role combines support of our Ireland warehouse as well as the office and requires presence on both sites. You will play a pivotal role in the People Function organisation in Ireland.\nThis role is based 5 Days On site\nYour role as People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.\nFor this you will:\nOwn people’s inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiries\n\nWork in close connection with our site managers in Ireland to support with benefits, policies & procedures, advising and supporting employees during various workplace-related concerns and allegations, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment and appropriately resolving misconduct\n\nActively work in Workday (our HR management system) and Service Now\n\nGuide and train employees and managers in the new HR systems and service delivery model\n\nSupport the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents. Key documentation review responsibilities could include Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation. Mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through diligent review and maintenance of documentation.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nYou have a lot of empathy and drive to take care of every employee’s query.\nAs for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:\nIn-depth knowledge of Ireland labour laws as well as a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements\n\nExperience in resolving employee relations issues\n\nGreat collaboration and communication skills\n\nSolution-oriented, focusing on quality and improvements\n\nFluency in written and verbal English\n\nExperience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
