The role will own the integrated product roadmap and lead the Platform, Digital Enablement and Data Quality team, while personally driving complex cross-product initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in translating GRC standards and strategy into scalable, governed and user-focused digital solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and drive the integrated roadmap and prioritized portfolio across GRC platforms, workflows, AI, continuous controls monitoring, digital guidance, learning, adoption and data quality.\nTranslate GRC strategy and approved framework requirements into clear capabilities, sequenced releases, dependencies, resource requirements and measurable outcomes.\nLead and develop Platform Managers, Digital Enablement Managers and the Data Quality Manager, establishing clear product ownership and delivery standards.\nPersonally lead complex initiatives that bring together platform, data, AI, workflow, controls and adoption requirements.\nAct as the senior functional product authority for the GRC digital landscape, ensuring standardization, architecture alignment, auditability and a strong end-to-end user experience.\nGovern portfolio intake, business cases, prioritization, design decisions, acceptance criteria, testing, release readiness, adoption and continuous improvement.\nPartner closely with engineering teams on build capacity, technical dependencies, operational support, incident resolution and sustainable product ownership.\nEstablish robust data-quality rules, reconciliations, ownership and exception processes to support trusted workflows, analytics and management reporting.\nEstablish responsible AI and automation guardrails, including appropriate human oversight, traceability, explainability and quality controls.\nCore Comptencies:\nProven leadership experience managing enterprise GRC platforms, preferably SAP GRC solutions, and digital product portfolios.\nDeep expertise in GRC processes, controls, workflow design, and governance architecture.\nDemonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, and continuous controls monitoring capabilities at scale.\nStrong knowledge of SAP GRC Process Control, including data governance, data quality, and management reporting.\nAbility to lead and develop teams while personally driving complex cross-functional transformation and adoption initiatives.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n15+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience across GRC, digital platforms, technology-enabled transformation, product management, risk, controls or related areas.\nStrong experience in digital product and portfolio leadership, including roadmap prioritization and value management.\nGood understanding of GRC platforms, workflow architecture and digitally enabled risk and compliance processes.\nExperience working with AI and automation, with an understanding of responsible governance, human oversight, traceability and quality controls.\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality and associated controls.\nExperience driving digital adoption, self-service capabilities and service design.\nDemonstrated ability to operate effectively across business and technology teams and influence senior stakeholders.\nStrong people leadership capabilities, combined with the ability and willingness to remain hands-on in the delivery of complex initiatives.\nKey Stakeholder Relationships:\nThe role will work closely with:\nHead of GRC Standards, Platform and Reporting\nPlatform Managers\nDigital Enablement Managers\nData Quality Manager\nGovernance & Standard and Data & Reporting roles\nProduct, Platform and Engineering teams\nGPLs, FPOs and first-line users\nPEX, A&I and external auditors \nMeasures of Success:\nSuccess in this role will be measured through:\nDelivery of portfolio milestones\nRequirement-to-release cycle time\nRelease quality and critical defects\nPlatform availability and incident trends\nSelf-service and active adoption\nData-quality rule pass rates\nReduction in manual effort\nUser confidence and support demand \nWhat You Will Be Accountable For:\nYou will be accountable for maintaining an integrated and prioritized roadmap across platform, AI, self-service, adoption and data quality; ensuring the functional quality, usability, auditability and adoption of GRC digital products; maintaining reliable data controls; and ensuring responsible governance of AI and automation with appropriate human oversight\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
