The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Management\nManage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.\nMonitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.\nHandle and resolve vendor and Local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.\nEnsure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.\nSupport business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.\nEnsure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process alignment and operational excellence.\nReporting & Analytics\nPrepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.\nAnalyze operational trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement.\nSupport management reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.\nProcess Excellence & Controls\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream operational processes.\nMake informed decisions based on the end-to-end operational impact.\nDrive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReview operational processes from a control and compliance perspective and implement appropriate controls.\nEnsure adherence to EMR policies, equipment repair procedures, and industry standards.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport special projects, audits, and ad hoc operational activities as required.\nContribute to business transformation and automation initiatives.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
