The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of procurement activities, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering a high standard of stakeholder service.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, project managers, and internal procurement teams to facilitate smooth sourcing and purchasing operations while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.\nYou will be responsible for:\nProcurement & Sourcing Operations\nSupport sourcing and procurement activities for software, IT services, and external consultants.\nAssist in contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes.\nReview, validate, and process procurement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nSupport contract and work agreement creation, review, and administration.\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Management\nManage purchase requests through ServiceNow or other workflow management tools.\nCreate and maintain Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders in SAP S/4HANA.\n Process Goods Receipts (GR) and support invoice-related activities.\nEnsure procurement transactions are completed accurately and within defined service levels.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, project managers, and suppliers.\nProvide timely resolution of procurement-related queries and issues.\nBuild strong collaborative relationships to support efficient P2P operations.\nMaintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nPrepare weekly and monthly procurement reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.\nMonitor operational KPIs and contribute to performance improvements.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance process efficiency, controls, and stakeholder experience.\nSupport quality and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement organization.\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain accurate updates within procurement workflow systems.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and governance requirements.\nDeliver high-quality, error-free work while meeting productivity and service targets.\nParticipate actively in team meetings, knowledge-sharing activities, and process improvement projects.\nWe are looking for:\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, P2P Operations, or Supply Chain functions.\nExperience in Purchase Order processing and procurement operations.\nExposure to contract administration and supplier interaction.\nExperience in preparing procurement reports, dashboards, and management presentations.\nUnderstanding of operational processes, cost management, and procurement controls.\nTechnical Skills\nWorking knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.\nExperience with procurement workflow platforms such as ServiceNow.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWhat We Offer:\nImpact: Your work directly contributes to the success of our global operations.\nOpportunity: Ample opportunities for professional and personal growth.\nInnovation: Join a forward-thinking team embracing cutting-edge technologies.\nGlobal Exposure: Collaborate with diverse colleagues in an international business environment.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
