We’re proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.\nKey responsibilities:\nCreation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting\nUnderstanding of external factors impacting Customer’s supply Chain & understand their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers and desires.\nAbility to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able to respond with suggested solutions \nBe the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders.\nProactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.\nOnboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.\nLiaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers\nWe are looking for:\n3+ years of experience in Customer Service working for Logistics companies, and 2 years of experience handling special cargo (project cargo).\nProfessional working proficiency in English and Spanish.\nUniversity studies completed in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nVery organized, proactive, and Dynamic.\nPrioritization capabilities.\nUnderstanding of the local regulations.\nStrong execution mindset.\nSolution-oriented and analytical mindset.\nTeam player.\nCustomer oriented.\nCost-conscious, optimization, and continuous improvement versed.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
