Fleet Operations Support\nServe as daily reefer operations focal for assigned fleet groups\nSupport vessel teams with technical queries, power management, and contingency handling\nCollaborate with Stowage, Commercial, and TbM teams to maximize intake and meet customer commitments\nMonitor fleet performance and proactively address operational risks\n3. Knowledge Management & Competency Development\nMaintain and enhance the Vessel Reefer technical knowledge base\nDrive competency development initiatives including training sessions, webinars, and cadet programs\nEnsure vessel crew readiness to effectively manage reefer operations and malfunctions\n4. OEM Technical Focal\nAct as primary technical interface with OEM\nFacilitate technical discussions, reliability reviews, and issue resolution coordination\nSupport feedback loops between vessels, VRE, and OEM to enhance equipment performance\n5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives\nCollaborate across VRE, Fleet Teams, Supply Chain, Commercial, and TbM\nContribute to major programs and Reefer seasons and lead Safety, reliability, and cost optimization projects\nSupport vessel readiness and continuous improvement efforts across the reefer network\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong technical expertise in reefer container systems\nProven experience in vessel operations / marine engineering / reefer troubleshooting\nAbility to handle high-volume, time-critical technical issues\nStrong stakeholder management across global teams\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure\nEffective communication skills (written & verbal)\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
