Summary: Overseesmaintenancemanagersina defined regionor group, whilebeing responsible forthe day-to-day upkeepinthe facilitiesin that region.Maximum emphasis is placed on safety programs and maintaining compliance with the property management goals and expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuresall policies and procedures are enforced.
Plan and manageshorttermandlong termprojects.
Hasaknowledge of basic electrical principles as they apply to such things as AC-DC circuitry and hardware, relays,switchesand circuit breakers.
Has knowledge of basic plumbing design and repair.
Has knowledge of basic construction techniques and requirements including but not limitedto:framing, metalwork, millwork, HVAC, drywall, concrete, paving, roofing, painting, sprinkler systems, fire life safety, plumbing, and electrical.
Has knowledge of building and fire permit requirements and code regulations.
Willing and able to work hands-on to complete work orders andassistthe technicians in the field.
Setsworkschedulesfor thefacilitiesmaintenancepersonnelas needed.
Dedicated to supporting operations requirements by working in a safe environment.
Responsible for ensuring that all maintenancedepartmentstafffollowsestablishedsafety procedures to avoid injuries to self and others such as lock out devices, protective clothing, and waste disposaltechniques.
Ability toprepareprogressreports/status updatesand effectively communicatetooperational leaders.
Completes records and reports asrequired.
Responsible formaintaining electrical equipment in good operatingconditionat all times.
Responsible for ensuring that the maintenance staffisalways providing excellence in customer serviceto all internal and external customers.
Position is full-time.
Local traveland long-distance travel may berequired.
Ability to be on call as needed locally.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervisesthe Facilities Managers and technicians in the assigned regionor group.Carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withthe organization'spolicies and applicable laws.

Pay Range:
$100,000 - $115,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
