We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.\nCustoms Process Administrator\nThe Customs Process Administrator (CPA) is responsible within a team to coordinate and organize the full range of customs services, starting with order acceptance, registering the order, collecting all relevant documents until the release of goods and customs clearance.\nA CPA will receive extensive internal and external training as well as an online training for customs legislation and foreign trade, as well as daily support.\nMain tasks and responsibilities:\nListed below are some of the key responsibilities of this role. However, we work in an Agile environment, making this a superb opportunity for you to carve this role for yourself!\nUnderstand and be able to perform customs clearances including certificates, solve and offer solutions to incidents.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of all Import & Export declarations and Transit Movements.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate delivery of all financial activities relevant to Customs House Brokerage\n\nCollate and present data reports to Management, Customer, Internal Stakeholders, Compliance and Implementation Teams\n\nEnsuring that all local customs authorities’/statutory requirements are met or exceeded.\n\nMaintain a first-class business relationship with all customers and internal stakeholders for the team.\n\nTo be an active team member who will exchange knowledge and expertise.\n\nProactively lead or actively participate in Customs related projects\n\nTo ensure training is completed to allow you to cover all accounts in the team.\n\nTo engender team spirit and staff engagement.\n\nRequired Skills:\nWhile reading the following list, please consider that we value your whole skill set and expertise more than a list of “must haves”.
