You will determine when the right solution is a user interface, an intelligent agent acting on a user's behalf, or an automated workflow that removes unnecessary interaction altogether.\nYou will:\nDesign complete end-to-end experiences across one or more products.\nDefine how users and AI systems interact through seamless, intuitive workflows.\nIdentify user research needs and ensure the right problem framing before solutioning.\nDesign experience journeys that intelligently combine interfaces, AI agents, and automation.\nApply AI and agentic design principles as core elements of the design process.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and rapid validation exercises, including AI-driven experiences.\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and business stakeholders from discovery through delivery.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready specifications.\nLeverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and validation.\nCollaborate across Maersk's global design organization to ensure consistency and quality.\nGive and receive constructive feedback to continuously elevate design standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience & Expertise\nYou likely bring:\n8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or UX Research.\nExperience designing enterprise applications or operational tools where efficiency, productivity, and workflow optimization are critical.\nA degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating an AI-first approach to design, including examples of how AI enhanced your process and how outputs were evaluated and refined.\nHands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences such as assistants, copilots, recommendation systems, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows.\nDeep expertise in Figma, design systems, and modern AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, or similar platforms).\nExperience working within agile, iterative product development environments.\nStrong understanding of user-centered design practices, rapid experimentation, user panels, and continuous feedback loops.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively across countries, cultures, and time zones.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nYou should possess:\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProfessional fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).\nConfidence facilitating workshops, presenting design concepts, and articulating design decisions to global audiences.\nThe ability to influence product direction through strong storytelling, collaboration, and evidence-based design thinking.\nHow You'll Work\nBangalore-Based, Globally Connected\nThis position is based in our Bangalore office and requires on-site collaboration five days a week.
