Job Responsibilities:
Lead the overall performance of the site, delivering results across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.
Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement.
Ensure successful start-up, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the main operational escalation point.
Manage workforce planning, productivity, and operational costs.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups.
Strong leadership skills with experience leading large teams through multiple layers.
Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Intermediate to advanced English.
