With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.\nAbout the role:\nThis role is responsible for coordinating OOG (Out of Gauge Transport) import and export shipments and supporting the day-to-day execution of project freight forwarding operations. The position will work closely with trucking carriers, warehouses, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure cargo is delivered on time, and customers remain informed of any changes or delays. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not required.\n5+ years of operations experience in project freight forwarding.\nExperience with breakbulk, RORO, and OOG flat rack shipments.\nExperience with CargoWise is required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nKnowledge of import and export documentation.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nDemonstrated leadership qualities.\nAbility to work independently and adapt to changes.\nSolid understanding of logistics cost management.\nVendor management skills.\nExperience obtaining quotes for logistics shipments.\nStrong negotiation skills.\nSalary: $72,000-80,000\n*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location.
