We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.\nResponsibilities:\n- Responsible for ensuring the overall accuracy and integrity of financial information through effective financial control procedures.\n- Consolidates information and prepares timely and accurate financial reporting, and handles financial modelling.\n- Analyzes internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.), as well as external economic conditions and their impact on business operations.\n- Management stream includes those who primarily lead people for whom they have employee lifecycle responsibilities including hire/fire decisions, coaching/mentoring, coordination of tasks, appraising performance, pay reviews, and developing for future assignments. \nQualifications:\nCollege Graduate, or Bachelor's Degree holder\nFlexible working across shifts and adhere to organizational work policies Including working from office requirements.\nPreferred to have years of experience in operations, shipping container and logistics or Freight forwarder industry. \nShould have at least 3-5 years of experience leading a team of Individual contributors or Team leaders\nBasic knowledge of capacity management/preparing staffing plan\nExperience working in a global business environment, including cultural aspects\nExcellent verbal and written English skills for coordination with Stakeholders\nHighly result oriented, ready to take challenges/collaborate with cross functional teams and able to work under pressure\nCapacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas and support for positive change\nUnderstand work in an agile manner, high analytical / problem-solving skills\nProactive leader with customer service mindset\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
