Performance & Financial Reporting\nTrack and analyse operational KPIs to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.\nPrepare monthly GP/P&L reporting by consolidating and validating revenue and cost data.\nReconcile actual revenue and cost against accruals and follow up on financial variances.\nAnalyse GP movements by customer/account, identify key drivers, and provide clear management reporting.\nSupport continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process standardisation\n3. Transport Operations & Execution\nManage end-to-end transport operations from shipment planning and booking through delivery and order closure.\nEnsure shipment status and operational data are accurately maintained in the Oracle-based TMS for tracking and execution.\nCoordinate transport operations at CFS, Bonded Warehouse, Maersk Warehouse, and customer sites in line with Maersk processes and operational standards.\nManage operational exceptions, investigate service failures, and drive timely resolution to minimize customer impact.\n4. Team & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate daily transport activities, workload allocation, operation monitoring, and exception handling with the operations team.\nWork closely with transport vendors and ensure compliance with Maersk Transport Safety Standards, SOPs, and work instructions.\nMonitor vendor performance and operational KPIs, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service reliability.\nJob Requirement:\nEducation:\nUniversity graduate\nExperience:\nPreferable to have mininum 2 years of relevant experience, Solid experience in transportation and logistics operations.\nGood English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nGood reporting, data analysis and information consolidation skills.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
