Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.\nShift: Monday to Thursday \n5:00am to 3:30pm\nSummary:\nThe Warehouse Clerk I will be assigned to the general Distribution Center team to provide administrative support by performing routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established company procedures. Will perform cross-functional duties within the Distribution Center to support the workflow and operation flow. With new process continue coordinate with process SA team and Receiving team daily for incoming merchandise to check daily volume.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):\nProvide daily report for incoming merchandise by category \nProvide QC failures/daily report \nProvide chargeback and warning report \nKeep in track weekly QC failure \nKeep in track TOP samples \nProvide up-to-date QC reports \nProvide daily recaps \nDeliverables\nMaintain filing system for all retained documents \nPull various production reports \nPerform data entry to create, update, or change records \nSort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate recipients \nComplete tasks as required by the department manager/supervisors \nKnowledge, Skills, and Qualifications\nMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluently \nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills \nBilingual English/Spanish required \nMust have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook \nMust be well-organized and have the ability to multitask. \nExperience in a large-scale warehouse/distribution center environment preferred, but not required \nMust be able to work a flexible schedule which may include working weekends, graveyard shifts, holidays, etc. \nMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment \nMust be able and willing to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling \nMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer \nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNo supervisory responsibilities.\nCompetencies\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.\nSafety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.\nAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.\nDependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.\nQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
