By applying game changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain software test architectures and plans.\nExecute test cases and threads.\nLead fault analysis efforts and troubleshooting.\nAuthor test plans and test reports.\nEvaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.\nLocate and coordinate appropriate test sites.\nProvide test results through formal and informal reports and briefings.\nSustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.\nWrite, edit, review, and prepare technical documentation for publication and presentation.\nCoordinate support across multiple CPEs and PMs.\nBuild and maintain test systems.\nRequirements\nMinimum of ten (10) years related T&E experience.\nExperience performing the duties outlined in the key responsibilities.\n4-8 years’ of hands on electrical engineering experience.\nExperience with CPE IEW&S or CPE C3N programs and systems.\nExperience with hardware and software testing methodologies and tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., JMP, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Palantir, BIIR, Google Earth, TIGR, various intelligence-related databases and tools).\nAbility to work collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.\nClearance:\nActive secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.\nEducation and Certification Requirements:\nBS in Electrical Engineering\nSpecial Note\nThe position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements. Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000 (annualized USD).
