We are seeking an energetic, detailed oriented Human Resource Coordination to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resource Department, delivering critical administrative support, driving onboarding success, and maintaining efficient daily operations.\nEssential Responsibilities\nOwn the accuracy, compliance, and absolute confidentiality of all personnel files, digital records, and HR documentation. Conduct routine file audits to ensure seamless records-keeping.\nInput new hires into the HR system and benefits system, verify employment via E-Verify, and manage hourly vacation tracking alongside production supervisors.\nAssist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing errors and distributing checks to Supervisors.\nServe as the go-to resource for applicants and team members regarding standard policies, benefits and hiring process, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.\nReview applicants, coordinate interview schedules, and actively participate in interviewing hourly production candidates alongside Supervisors.\nLead engaging new hire orientation to welcome incoming team members. Help plan and execute key employee events, including annual open enrollment, recognition initiatives and onsite health screenings.\nPosition Requirements\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish required\nProven proficiency with, or a strong capacity to quickly master ADP payroll and HRIS system.
