This position is responsible to support Quality Management System and coordinate on-site and off-site quality related action plans.\nCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000\nVacancy Reason: Replacement\nEssential Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor QMS implementation and compliance across on-site and off-site locations, ensuring alignment with established quality requirements and processes.\nCoordinate the implementation of quality-related action plans with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive the timely resolution and closure of outstanding items.\nWork with MRB and Internal Audit action owners to improve related KPIs\nAssist in the development, preparation, and maintenance of QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and supporting quality records.\nMaintain the Training, Qualification and Accreditation program in accordance with applicable Transport Canada and DND requirements.\nAnalyze quality data and prepare quality presentations, reports, and performance summaries for management and quality review meetings.\nSupport Quality and Flight Safety investigations\nPerform other QA related tasks as needed.\nPosition Requirements\nRelevant College/Engineering Diploma or equivalent Aerospace Quality experience.\nPreferably 2 or more years of experience in aerospace environment.\nWorking knowledge of AS9100 and Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs) requirements.\nUnderstanding of quality procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation\nAbility to support QMS implementation and continuous improvement\nKnowledge of Nonconformance and NCR/MRB processes\nUnderstanding Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/ Preventive action methodologies.\nStrong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills\nThorough knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements, drawings and specifications.\nStrong knowledge of QMS documentation and maintenance\nStrong coordinating skills\nQuality data management skills \nExcellent written & oral communication skills\nWhy Magellan?\nCompetitive salary\nAttractive benefits package (fully Company paid)\nGenerous Company pension plan\nPositive work-life balance\nExcellent career progression opportunities\nEmployee Assistance Program\nEmployee Social Club\nOn-site gym\nFree parking\nMagellan Aerospace is committed to an inclusive working environment and equal opportunities for all.
