This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead.\nYOUR MISSIONS\nAs a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.\nDesign robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teams\nOptimise performance and ensure adherence to best practices\nSupervise integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)\nDefine and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)\nManage data migration and recovery\nMonitor the quality and timelines of deliverables\nMentor developers and foster skills development\nIdentify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical consistency\n You hold a Master's degree from a business school or engineering school.\nSalesforce expertise: Apex, LWC, API integrations, deployments, data migration.\nSalesforce certifications: goal of 2 certifications per year.\nMaster of SI architectures and integration tools.\nStrong leadership and ability to guide a team.\nProactivity and ability to identify improvements and risks.\nExcellent listening and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAttention to detail, organizational skills, and taste for best practices.\n By joining
